  1. OFFICIAL LANGUAGE<\/div>\n The official language of ISSM 2024 is English.
    * ONLY For the tutorial session, Japanese to English simultaneous interpretation will be available.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. PROGRAM SCHEDULE<\/div>\n The program schedule will be available by the beginning of November.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. SPEAKER REGISTRATION<\/div> All authors are required to register at ISSM2024 by October 15<\/span> through your page<\/a>.
    If you have a reason for not completing registration, please contact us at     issm_2024@semiconportal.com<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. FINAL (Camera-Ready) PAPER<\/div> Final paper template<\/a> (word)
    * if the template’s extension becomes “zip”, please change the extension of the file to “docx”.<\/span>
    All authors are requested to submit the final paper.
    Please plan to submit your final paper, formatted to IEEE specifications, by November 18<\/span>.
    Each paper must be no longer than four pages (A4 size) using “ISSM Final paper word template” and submitted in PDF format.
    Please have your paper proofread by several people before you submit it.
    Once your paper is proofread and all information is correct, please upload your paper in PDF format at     your page<\/a> with using your ID and password. In case the file is in excess of 2MB, it needs to be compressed into a ZIP file.
    Author Biography \u2013 Please include a brief one-paragraph author biography at the end of the paper.
    This will allow the session chairs to properly introduce you, before you give your presentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

    All authors are requested to submit the presentation material.
    To ensure that all presentations are visually consistent, click here for PowerPoint template. Your presentation must be received by December 2<\/span>.
    Once it has been proofread, please upload your presentation material     your page<\/a> with using your password and ID same as submission of the paper.
    Our online submission system for final paper and presentation materials accepts only for the electronic data files up to 5MB each. If your final paper or presentation material size is over 5MB, please compress your file into zip file.     All speakers are requested to use the template
    For Oral speaker: maximum 10pages
    For Interactive poster speaker: maximum 4pages<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    *Presentation Materials Review by Program Committee:
    The program committee members will check the presentation materials, especially from the viewpoints to prevent the presentation too much commercial.
    In case that they find any items such as company logo or product trade mark etc, they will be removed.( School logos, not corporate logos, are allowed once.)
    ISSM secretariat may also ask the authors for further correction upon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
