PROGRAM SCHEDULE

SPEAKER REGISTRATION

All authors are required to register at ISSM2026 by October 21 through your page.
If you have a reason for not completing registration, please contact us at issm_2026@semiconportal.com.

FINAL (Camera-Ready) PAPER

Final paper template (word)

All authors are requested to submit the final paper.
Please plan to submit your final paper, formatted to IEEE specifications, by November 16.
Each paper must be no longer than four pages (A4 size) using “ISSM Final paper WORD template” and submitted in PDF format.
Please have your paper proofread by several people before you submit it.
Once your paper is proofread and all information is correct, please upload your paper in PDF format at your page with using your ID and password. In case the file is in excess of 2MB, it needs to be compressed into a ZIP file.
Author Biography – Please include a brief one-paragraph author biography at the end of the paper.
This will allow the session chairs to properly introduce you, before you give your presentation.
Final paper submitted together with the copyright transfer form to IEEE will be published in both ISSM 2026 online proceedings and IEEE Xplore.
ISSM 2026 online proceedings will be published ONLY to the registrants of ISSM 2026 on December 7, 2026.

POWERPOINT PRESENTATION

All authors are requested to submit the presentation material.
To ensure that all presentations are visually consistent, click here for PowerPoint template.
You must submit your presentation by November 30. Once it has been proofread, please upload your presentation material to your page with using your password and ID same as submission of the paper.
Our online submission system for final paper and presentation materials accepts only for the electronic data files up to 5MB each. If your final paper or presentation material size is over 5MB, please compress your file into zip file.
All speakers are requested to use the template The Powerpoint presentation slides will be checked if the presentation slides meet the presentation guidelines. The authors may be notified to update the slides. The presentation slides will be installed in the PC for projection on the conference date and will not be published.

– For Oral speaker: maximum 10 pages
– For Interactive poster speaker: maximum 4 pages

*Presentation Materials Review by Program Committee:
The program committee members will check the presentation materials, especially from the viewpoints to prevent the presentation too much commercial.
In case that they find any items such as company logo or product trademark etc, they will be removed. (School logos, not corporate logos, are allowed once.)
ISSM secretariat may also ask the authors for further correction upon.
